Marlin ISD procurement services provides exceptional customer service by providing the best value with the use of Tax Payer's money for products and services used for the benefit of Marlin ISD  students and staff.

To become an awarded MISD  vendor, you must first submit the Vendor Request Form found under Vendor Forms and Documents. When a bid opportunity becomes available for your procurement category, it will be listed below. If you choose to participate in the bidding process, your bid/proposal must be selected by an evaluation committee and approved by the MISD  Board of Managers.

Current Bids

1. Greenhouse Removal 

Marlin ISD is soliciting bids for the proper removal and disposal of a greenhouse that is 84 feet long by 27 feet wide. The greenhouse is adjacent to Marlin High School facing Clark Road. Additionally, the greenhouse also has two gas heaters that will need to be disposed of properly. Please email all bids to Lawrence Galloway at referencing Greenhouse Removal- RFP 08262020 in the subject line by September 9, 2020.

Marlin ISD is soliciting law firms to represent the school district in potential insurance litigation, with RFP to include CV of proposed attorneys; fee schedule of law firm; and a minimum of five letters of reference. Construction Services

Marlin ISD is soliciting construction services to perform building repair on district facilities.
