How to Get Help

Have you tried turning it off and then on again?

When something doesn't work as expected it can be frustrating. We understand. You may email Tech Support at techsupport@marlinisd.org and we will respond to follow up with you as soon as possible. 

Here is some information we will probably need in order to quickly and effectively provide excellent customer service as efficiently as possible:

1: What is the expected behavior?
Example: "I was trying to log in to my Eduphoria account"

2: What is the actual behavior?
Example: "I was unable to log in."

3: Were there any error messages?
Example: "It said "unrecognized account."

4: Is the problem reproducible? 
Example: "It happens every time I try to log in."

5: Where are you or the device?
Example: "I will be in Room 101 at the High School"

6: What is a good time to come by/look at the problem, if necessary?
Example: "I have conference from 11AM - 12PM.
